Tasks and Responsibilities

• Digital Campaign Management: Develop, execute, and manage comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including search engines (Google), social media (Meta, LinkedIn), and email. This includes setting campaign goals, managing budgets, and analyzing performance to optimize for conversions.
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Conduct keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO, technical SEO audits, and content optimization to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
• Content Creation and Strategy: Create and oversee the production of high-quality digital content, such as blog posts, articles, social media posts, and video scripts. Develop and manage a content calendar to ensure a consistent and strategic publishing schedule.
• Social Media Management: Develop and implement social media strategies, manage content calendars, engage with the community, and run paid social media advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
• Performance Analysis and Reporting: Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console) to track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze campaign performance, and generate regular reports for stakeholders. Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data.
• Email Marketing and Automation:
• Design and implement email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, drip campaigns, and lead nurturing sequences.
• Manage and segment email lists to ensure high delivery rates and open rates.
• Paid Advertising (PPC) Management:
• Manage and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Conduct bid management, keyword analysis, and ad copywriting to maximize ROI.
• Technical SEO Implementation:
• Collaborate with web development teams to fix technical SEO issues (e.g., site speed, canonical tags, sitemaps).
• Ensure the website is structured correctly for optimal crawling and indexing by search engines.
• Competitor and Market Analysis:
• Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify market trends, opportunities, and competitive advantages.
• Monitor industry developments and new technologies to keep marketing strategies innovative and effective.
• Stakeholder Communication and Collaboration:
• Present marketing results and strategic plans to internal teams and management.
